Week 1... check


Week 1 of training done. It's been at an easier level just to get me back into it, but I'm happy to say I'm a week in and I'm feeling good. Today I woke up and didn't feel achy at all and tonight I did my first non stop 10 minute run for ages. Now if I could just get rid of this stupid cough...
