A new day

Tomorrow is a new day. Tomorrow I begin my training for the 24 hour challenge in May and I have 10 weeks until the race. I have plenty of time to get fit so I don't have to worry about rushing things. I'm looking forward to it and I'm feeling positive that with a slower come-back all will be well.

I forgot to mention the other day that I lost 2lb in weight last week. This week I am already a further 2lb down, however I think that is partly due to the fact I found eating unbearable for a couple of days whilst upset over my cat Merlin. My appetite is returning now, so I'm sure it will all 'even out' in the long run.

So positivity is high and I'm going to put the very horrible first part of this year behind me. It really has been an awful year so far for everything in my life, so things can only get better from here.... and I'm sure they will!
