I felt rubbish last night so went to bed early with paracetomol. I woke up twice in the night drenched and managed to sleep in until 7am. I felt a bit better today, so ditched the run and thought a session in the sauna would be better. I only got to 18 minutes and had to get out as it felt very uncomfortable. I'm definitely not 100% but I'll make sure I'm well enough to do the planned 15:5 on Sunday!
I started to pack today, and was glad I had got myself a tee shirt for under the hydration pack as I think a sleeveless top would be very uncomfortable. I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone and having a lovely long weekend off work.
