Gym Induction

We went for our gym induction today and had a quick scoot around the facilities that we get to use as part of our spa membership.
So, I did 10 minutes on the bike... (definitely not used to this form of exercise and it's going to take some getting used to), a set of 10 reps on each machine (with quite frankly not enough weight on to break into a sweat or feel any slight discomfort whatsoever) and then I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, which included a warm up, cool down and some faster stuff in the middle which certainly DID have me sweating.
I'm feeling really unfit at the moment. Not having any structure to work to is quite unmotivating I think. It also doesn't help when a "Goddess" walks past you in a teeny bikini, and you're sat there half a stone heavier than you should be! The only consolation is the half a stone came on incredibly quickly, so I know it will go just as quick. Thank heavens!
