Enjoying life

Well, training is going quite well (I've just ran up a long incline towards the end of my hour run today and felt like someone had come and flattened out the road since last week as it felt so easy) and my new way of eating is going fab too. I'm still loving all of the food and today I found my weight to be 58.9KG and my waist is back down to 27 inches :-)
There are more carbs in the diet than I first originally thought (I hadn't realised how many carbs were in veg and fruit) but I don't care as I feel absolutely brilliant. I went to bed last night and slept solidly with no waking up (even for a second) for 8 hours!!!

I managed a deadlift 1RM of 80KG yesterday. My PB is 85KG, however, I weighed 63KG when I did that, so it's something that has to be taken into consideration as I am much lighter now. My run through the dene on Saturday was tough but very enjoyable and covered 1056 feet elevation, so I'm looking forward to seeing how I cope on Saturday when I go to Whitby. I contacted the hotel we are staying at when we go there and they said they can cater for our diet no problem. I can't wait to go!

Oh, and I am entering the Wall ultra again. I finally caved in!!!
