10 miles and rising


Yesterday I did my run on the treadmill as I wanted to attempt the full 45 minutes (which is my normal training run on a Wednesday), and also it was to be my third run in 3 days, so I wanted the option of cutting the run short if I needed to. I needn't have worried, it went absolutely fine on a 4:2 run/walk basis. So that is 10 miles for the week so far... an uneventful 10 miles, which is great news! I finished off with squats which absolutley knackered me, however it's my first attempt at a bit of weight (I did the same session as I did for deadlifts ending on 3 reps of 50KG) so I'm sure things will improve there.

Today was my rest day so I did a bit of a sauna etc, although for some reason it all felt just a bit too hot! I need to keep on top of this so it isn't difficult to get a decent amount of time in there going by November!
