Tunisia was great... it was just the break that I needed. I ran a 3:3 run/walk the first day and almost left my lungs on the pavement.... Yes! I just said pavement! For the first time since my injury I ran on concrete and all was well apart from the fact I was feeling incredibly unfit and the heat almost wiped me out (despite only run/walking for about 13 minutes). 2 days later I ran/walkied 4:4 and it was better, and then my final running day over there I ran/walked 5:5.
Tomorrow I am going to join the spa and do my first proper session of training.... 30 minutes on the bike!!!!
Today I went to the travel agents and I booked up to go to the Cayman Islands in November (a week before the race), so it's all booked and payed for. I now just have to get fit enough to run it!
