Thank heavens, training on Wednesday didn't have me aching at all so I was most grateful not to be in agony after heavier squats in the same vane as I was when I did deadlifts. One of my clients stared open mouthed when I explained how I hadn't ran for months because of a torn tendon sheath in my foot. He announced that it was "An 8 month job" to sort out. Well... I'm up to 7 months now!!!
This afternoon I did 30 minutes step and this time did a sort of interval session where I did a faster cadence and carried 6KG for 2 minutes with 3 minute recoveries. The half hour flew over and I enjoyed the session much more because it wasn't such a drag.
And after reading my blog from yesterday, I realise everyone must hold me in the "Fruit loop" regard again. When I said I can actually "feel" stuff when visualising, what I actually meant was I can imagine it so real that it's "like" I can feel it. Just thought I'd clear that up... I'm already regarded as a raving loon without adding to everyones suspicions. :-)
