I went to bed early last night. I had begun to feel very achey around my mid thighs... In fact, much more achy than I anticipated. I slept like I was in a coma and when the alarm went off for Graeme at 4.55am I was eternally grateful I had another 2 hours before I needed to get up. When I finally did get up I was aching terribly and felt like a complete zombie. I made sure I had a good healthy breakfast but I was exhausted for most of the morning at work. It wasn't until Helen suggested getting out of the branch and going for a coffee that I finally felt better.
Helen commented that I looked like I was losing weight as my trousers looked very baggy on me. I have to say however that they are my "fat" trousers, and I had noticed recently that they looked too big for me too. I think it's about time they were put to the back of the wardrobe and my "thinner" stuff brought out.
I went to the swimming baths and did my deep water running. I did a whole hour, in place (of course) of what should be my 1 hour run that I normally do on a Monday to ease the weekends training muscles. That thought got me through the first 20 minutes and after that it was just boring. Tomorrow I'm off to the gym to try some alternative cardio there, so that should be good.
I've just made a vegetable and bean broth for tea and finally got to taste the chocolate fudge vegan cheesecake I made yesterday. It's heavenly!!! I think I'm quite a clever girl ;-)
