Invisible?

Tonight I went up to the loft and did 30 minutes step at a fairly fast cadence. Unfortunately, if I don't finish quite early on a Friday, it makes deep water running virtually impossible because all of the kids are at the pool once they have finished school.
So, the 30 minutes went by fairly uneventfully. I decided to have a drink and get my core work done too, but as I walked downstairs I saw the UPS delivery man walking up the garden path with my rebounder. Excellent stuff, so I thought I would start my 10 minutes per day straight away and get the extra cardio done practically invisibly because it would be more or less over before I had started.

At first it was so easy and I thought I could easily have spent hours on there without so much as a bead of sweat dropping from my brow. Unfortunately, 7 minutes in my quads were really aching and I realised this isn't going to be quite as easy as I first thought. I enjoyed it though, and am looking forward to getting the extra training in every day.

I finished off with my core session. It all went OK apart from the air borne running where I just couldn't seem to keep my grip long enough to do very much.
I'm at work tomorrow, so have decided to get up at 4.30am to do my 2 hour run. I'm hoping I don't think "sod it" when the alarm goes off. Early mornings always find me with no motivation whatsoever!
