Interesting test

I did my hour run tonight. The weather was a bit cold and quite windy so I didn't really expect to get much of a result when I weighed myself before and after the run to try and work out my sweat rate.
I did it anyway, and was surprised to see that I had lost weight... 500g! Converted to millilitres that is 485.

It wasn't until after I'd been to yoga that I thought about this in relation to Saturdays' 2 hour long run. I drank 300ml before leaving the house plus 600ml during the run (and threw about 100ml over my head), so I reckon the test was bang on. Obviously I need to take the weather/heat etc into account, but it's a good starting point!
