Relapse

Yesterdays' circuits were really hard... 13 stations all together, and I felt really shaky as I got through the second circuit. By the 3rd circuit I was feeling dizzy and had it not been for the "squats" that I was doing at the time (which I find fairly easy), I think I may have passed out. Fortunately this bit of respite was enough to get me through the rest of the class unscathed.
Apparently I didn't look well, Graeme saying my face had gone an awful pale colour (which is a change from bright red I suppose).

I got up this morning and the iThlete gave a poor reading... actually, it wasn't horrendous, but my HR was unusually low and showing a red day, so I'm not going to do my hour run today... it can wait for a day, I'm sure.

I didn't want to come to work today, and decided to have something to eat before deciding what to do... still felt rubbish, so put my make-up on and then thought, well, I'm ready now so I may as well go. Luckily it's quiet here, and I'm finished by 3 so I can go home and rest up. I don't feel full of cold anymore... just... I dunno, rubbish!

I'm sure some good food, warm house, paracetamol and rest will win eventually...I live in hope. Sometimes you can totally underestimate what a cold can do to you!
