Right... I've been craving one for days, and I'm having one. I'm going to be good and have a chilli chicken masala (which is hot and not full of fat!), and I think I deserve it!
Todays run was tough... I ran into a headwind for the whole way (expecting it to improve on the way back...only to find it was twice as bad). I got to the spa and had some water and a banana, apple and clementine. (I have to admit that I now eat stacks of fruit every time I go to the spa as there is so much at hand, and you aren't limited to how much you eat).
I waited about 15 minutes and did 3 sets of bodyweight squats that felt so tiring today. I then did a few sets of deadlifts, which also seemed to zap every bit of energy out of me.
I'm SO ready for an easy day tomorrow.
