Tonight I got home from work to find my Olympic barbell and weights had been delivered to next door. I laughed as I heard Graeme and our neighbour Peter groaning under the strain. So, that's me sorted for my deadlifts.
The skipping went well tonight. I'm definitely getting better at it and don't whinge half as much as I did 3 weeks ago! The intervals went well too, especially considering every part of my legs seemed to be hurting. I managed a 8.44mm pace for the first interval, 9.20 for the second and 9.17 for the third. I did have walking recoveries, however overall this is the fastest I have done intervals (including walking and warmup/cooldown time).
I got home to the hugest of emails from Shaun about what I'm to do in my squats session. It certainly isn't going to be easy!
