Couldn't be arsed to go to work today.... but I did, and I got a good sale.
Couldn't be arsed to go shopping today... but I did, and I've got mince and dumplings for tea.
Couldn't be arsed to go to the day centre today... but I did, and they gave me a lovely big bag of presents for my birthday.
Couldn't be arsed to run today... but I did, and I found out my hamstring is totally fine.
Couldn't be arsed to do strength training... but I did and my knee feels better for it.

Couldn't be arsed to write a blog... but it appears I have anyway. :-)
