Next weeks goals.

Next week the plan is 49 miles.
I finally got my Ultragen recovery drink, so there's no excuse for tiredness and lethargy. The Ultragen was a total "find" and I haven't felt as good when I've used alternatives like 4Goodness Shakes or any of the Lucozade stuff.
I admitted to a few fellow runners this weekend about that "big one" I want to do in the future, so it seems only fair I should finally actually say here that it is The Comrades Ultra Marathon.
I'm a helluva long way off being that fit... but that's a whole year away. ;-)
