Back on track


This week my training has got back on track. I ran for an hour on Monday and got the furthest distance in that hour since becoming injured. On Tuesday I did intervals and also did the fastest session I have done since the injury and today I ran for 45 minutes and got the furthest this year too. The only session I'm not doing as well with is squats. I think it's a confidence issue regarding my foot and putting so much weight through it, although I don't know why deadlifts would be different. I'll get there, I'm sure.
Graeme is doing well also. I think he is harbouring the desire again to try for a sub 4 in Cayman. His training is going well, so I can't see why he won't do it!
