Busy busy busy...

Last night I got home from work and decided to wallpaper as much of the hall as I could before Graeme got home. I seemed to get into my stride and had the whole lot done way before he was due to come in, and it looks great! Just a daft bit of glossing on a doorway and I'm done!

So, with nothing left to do yesterday, the urge to go shopping for puppy goodies was too much, and before we had time to even think about it, we were already in the pet shop.
We got the cats a new scratch post, and the dog got his starting essentials... a nice fluffy bed (apparently he will probably eat 3 of these!), a massive food and water bowl which at this young age he could probably sleep in, a few dog bone thingies that he is "supposed" to chew, and some puppy training mats that look like nappies! I wanted a collar for him but didn't like any in the shop, so we came home and ordered a cool army camouflage style collar and a pair of embossed dog tags! Very stylish!!! We also ordered the click trainer... I have no idea how to use this yet, luckily it comes with instructions.

I text Andy today and asked how Lincoln was doing. He said he's doing great, on solids 3 times a day now and is having his first try of chicken wings this weekend. He said he's a right fatty and loves his grub. I replied, saying that he's definitely coming to the right house then!

Tonight there will be no bike intervals, as I need to finish off the last bit of painting and get the house in order. It seems like it's been upside down for ages... I don't "do" mess very well.
Tomorrow I'm doing a run of 2 hours and 45 minutes, and have an out and back route sorted as I genuinely have no idea how far I can run in that time. Last week was very difficult (which I believe was down to me not feeling so well the week before). What I do know is my final run before Florence will be 3 hours 30, and I'm determined to do 20 miles on that day! Fingers crossed!
