Oh dear... so much for cutting out saturated fat!
Todays training went well with circuits this morning. They were very tiring but I pushed myself as much as I could, and did fairly well. This afternoon I did some straight leg deadlifts but didn't manage many as the deadlifts during the earlier circuit session had definitely taken their toll.
But I've been starving all day. I ate roast beef at my mams' house and within half an hour I was picking bits and bobs from the cupboards.
We decided today we would have Sunday as our "bad eating day"... to break the monotony of being careful. So we had a pizza, which I didn't enjoy at all. Then an hour later I was craving cake... we ended up buying Christmas pud. Again, I really didn't enjoy it. It's probably me feeling guilty for being so bad!
